Welcome to HYDE whiskey. Hyde comes to you from County Cork on the wild Atlantic Southwest Coast of Ireland. We are passionate about the age old craft of making smooth Irish whiskey. Our family has been involved in the drinks business for over twelve generations since 1640. Our temperate climate provides the perfect maturing conditions for our multi award winning Irish whiskey. Every day we strive to make the very best tasting whiskey that Ireland has to offer using handpicked oak casks from all over the world. Our mantra… It’s all about the wood!
The multi award winning Hyde collection is five limited edition and very distinctive Irish Whiskeys, matured to perfection in County Cork. It includes multi award and Double-Gold award winning Hyde No. 1, President’s Cask, named Best Irish Single Malt Whiskey at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2016 and the Hyde No.3, Aras Cask Single Grain, which won gold at the 2016 Irish Whiskey Awards, the 2017 German International Spirits Awards and Silver at the 2017 San Francisco Spirits Awards.

NOSE
Delightful notes of peaches u0026amp; cream, vanilla, barley malt softness, with citrus, sweet, honey, caramel, chocolate, orange, lemon, banana, u0026amp; infused with spices.
TASTE
Wonderfully smooth yet complex, creamy yet fruity with notes of caramel and Manuka honey, apricot, plum, and a silky malt texture.
FINISH
Rich, Spicy, u0026amp; Oaky. It lingers in the mouth with a long rich finish.

NOSE
The aroma is rich with note of tropical fruits from the Caribbean, passion fruit, vanilla and butter toffee.
TASTE
Note of Sweet rum, vanilla, ginger and lime with notes of apple mango and orange in the background.
FINISH
Rich and Spicy with a buttery vanilla finish.

Single Grain Irish Whiskey

Bourbon Matured
Multi Award gold medal winning Irish Single Grain Whiskey
NOSE
Cinnamon u0026amp; Clove with succulent sweet caramel flavours. Complex u0026amp; spicy with sweet American Bourbon notes.
TASTE
Robust single grain spices with a touch of cracked black pepper give way to a buttery vanilla and charred oak taste.
FINISH
Long and satisfying, ending with a silky combination of oak and barley.

A creamy nutty palate entry with notes of sweet custard, apple peel red berries and orange blossom honey

A nice long satisfying finish of plum, jam and spice ending with a silky combination of oak and barley
